Packaging

Delivery

I aim to dispatch your handmade jewellery within 3-4 working days. Pieces are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48™ and delivery is free for orders over £100. If you need your pieces urgently, please let me know and choose Express Delivery at checkout.

 

Returns

If you'd like to return an item, please get in touch within 14 days of purchase by emailing info@elinhorgan.com with your name and order number as shown in your confirmation email. Please be aware that bespoke items are non-returnable unless they are faulty.
