Your handmade jewellery will be delivered in elegant packaging, featuring a branded gift box wrapped in tissue paper and embellished with a luxurious recycled ribbon bow.

 

Delivery

I aim to dispatch your handmade jewellery within 3-4 working days. Pieces are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48™ and delivery is free for orders over £100. If you need your pieces urgently, please let me know and choose Express Delivery at checkout.

 

Returns

To return an item, contact me at info@elinhorgan.com within 14 days of your purchase date, including your name and the order number from your confirmation email. Please note that bespoke items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
