I aim to dispatch your handmade jewellery within 3-4 working days. Pieces are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48™ and delivery is free for orders over £100. If you need your pieces urgently, please let me know and choose Express Delivery at checkout.
 
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, simply email info@elinhorgan.com with your name and order number (found in your confirmation email) to let me know. Please bear in mind that bespoke items can only be returned if they are found to be faulty.
